Synopsis

A biographical sports drama film that stars Robert De Niro as former middleweight boxing champion Jake LaMotta. Despite having a successful career, LaMotta leads a troubled domestic life. His violence in the ring spills into his personal life, turning him into a suspicious and jealous man who is full of rage, often directed towards his own brother and wife.
