Based on the novel Kanzen Naru Kubinagaryu no Hi by Rokuro Inu, Real stars Takeru Sato as Koichi and Haruka Ayase as Atsumi - childhood friends who eventually became lovers. But not everything is what it seems. After a year, Atsumi committed suicide, but she did not die, falling into a coma instead . As Koichi desperately searches for the reasons why Atsumi wanted to end her life, he agrees to take part in a new, highly risky medical procedure that will allow him to enter Atsumi's subconscious.
