Synopsis

Prabha and his team are small time kidnappers who are looking for a bigger ransom. They do so by kidnapping jewellery shop owner Mahendran and a poor kid. When their warning to not call the police is ignored by Mahendran, they are forced to kill the poor kid. A policeman, Kathir, is assigned to hand over the ransom to the gang but his insistence to handle the case his own way only worsens the situation, leading to mounting tension between him and Prabha.
