Filled with Heart and Laughter! Thoroughly enjoyed every second of it!
SHAZAM was soooo much fun! Thoroughly enjoyed it; it was hilarious - audiences were laughing non-stop. The film also had a lot of heart and shines light on foster kids... there were also crazy amount of surprises especially in 3rd act that had audiences gasping! Have not had so much fun in the theaters for a long time! Genuinely felt it was better than Aquaman! :) On par with Wonder Woman! PS: There are two post-credit scenes! So try not to leave the theater immediately after the movie ends! :)
A funny movie which I truly enjoyed! Not a person who likes superheroes movies because I prefer realistic movies (lol ya like no flying and lame stuff) but suprisingly, I enjoyed this movie! Must watch
After 2017's Wonder Woman, DCEU movies have been gradually getting better and better! Shazam proves this once more after Aquaman, being light-hearted, inspiring and funny. The origins of both Billy and Spider-Man are pretty similar (impulsive orphan-superhero that messes up and learns about responsibility) and hence it was a bit cheesy and music wasn't memorable (although heroic and gave me superman vibes) but the characters are lovable, acting is great and they focused on family, which was like the heart of the movie. Shazam! was awesome.
I was genuinely bursting into laughter at a couple of times, didnt expect to laugh that hard but I did, also the family elements made me legit aww in the theater, Darla truly is the purest thing ever Ps: also bonus Ross Butler’s fine ass
GOD I LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT. (Or should I say SHAZAM I LOVE IT lol). One of my best DC movies ever (Or should I say my fav DC film ever). Billy can do with better acting. Freddy is just plain awesome. That kid is talented. And shazam is so sexy. The whole film reminds me of the Von Trapp kids with all the kids running around. But God, what a film. (I mean SHAZAM) So much enjoyment watching it.
One of the best superhero movie that is not too dark. It's also very funny and great storyline too. I like how the boy didn't blame his mum for leaving him and instead turned it around and did good for his Foster family. While another boy in the story coped with setbacks in a negative way by getting revenge and killing his own father. Love Shazam!!!!
I like the acting and comedic parts of the movie. Movie was well developed although lacking in the emotional part. Music and visuals were well done making it a good movie overall.
