A group of women divers lost their jobs when a chemical plant is built in their peaceful seaside town. Struggling to make ends meet, several of them turn to a life of smuggling despite knowing the risks and the dangers involved. Jin-sook meets Master Sergeant Kwon who is the king of smugglers and falls in love with him.
