Synopsis

This documentary tells the inspirational story of Mariam Shaar, the founder of Soufra. The intrepid social entrepreneur has lived her entire life in the 68-year-old Burj El Barajneh refugee camp just south of Beirut, Lebanon. Her business started when she gathered the women of the camp to form their own catering company, which then expanded into a food truck business.
