Synopsis

After an accident leaves him paralysed from the chest down, a middle-aged man is abandoned by his wife and son who now live a new life in the United States. He now has to rely on the assistance provided by his new maid, a Filipino woman who dreams of becoming a photographer.

“You can’t choose not to be in a wheelchair, but you can choose how to sit in it.” It is a joy to watch as a piece of very good and thoughtful film-making.

Still human

Overall: 0

Surprising full of humor leaving many in the cinema laughing. It has its poignant moments but not overdoing it. Best part is it’s in Cantonese and English. A must-see!
