This film is a Malayalam survival thriller based on the ordeal Indian nurses had to face in Iraq. Sameera is a nurse from Kerala who is going to move to Iraq for a greater salary. Her husband and the rest of her family do not support her decision, leading to the couple getting a divorce over their differences. One of her colleagues, Shahid, understands her problems and wishes to marry her. Initially, Sameera is hesitant, but still the two get married before they move. However, life is not easy for the newlyweds after moving to Iraq.
