Synopsis

Taking place in the Thanjavur district, the story focuses on a teacher and her two sons, Vetrivel and Malar. Vetrivel manages a store dealing in agricultural products. When his younger brother falls in love with the daughter of the village council president and Vetrivel assists Malar in the love affair, he soon finds himself in a difficult situation.
