Synopsis

Violet Evergarden, a former soldier, now works in the ghostwriting business. Every day, she thinks of the words left to her by Gilbert Bougainvillea, a major in the Leidenschaftlich army who was close to her and valued her. When she meets his brother, Colonel Dietfleet, he says that she must forget Gilbert. But Violet is unable to do so. One day, she receives a request from a client named Julis. At the same time, a letter with an unknown address is discovered in the postal company`s warehouse.
