They live only a few miles apart and yet in two fundamentally different ways and brutally separate worlds. The Berlin Wall is the main obstacle that limits the love between East Berlin’s Thomas (Raine Strecker) and West Berlin’s Felix (Sigurd Rachman) to weekly meetings of around four to five hours. But the East German authorities are beginning to get suspicious over Felix’s regular visits to East Berlin. With their feelings for each other growing with the pain and despair of separation, Thomas knows that there is only one way out: an escape from the GDR via Prague. Will the lovers get the happy ending that they deserve?
