Synopsis

This film tells the story of Maria Altmann, an elderly Jewish refugee who survived the World War II and fled to Vienna. Decades later Maria returns in order to reclaim what was stolen from her family - the famous Lady In Gold, a portrait of her Aunt Adele. Ryan Reynolds, an inexperienced but determined lawyer, tries to help Maria in fulfilling her mission.
