Ringkasan

The raccoons of the Tama Hills just outside of Tokyo are being forced from their forest homes by human development. As the woodlands are destroyed and the hills flattened to make room for housing projects, the raccoons are finding it increasingly difficult to survive. The raccoon elders decide to strike back against the humans by training the younglings the ancient magical art of transformation. As the mischievous raccoons scare away the humans in the forms of ghosts and goblins, they soon discover that man is not their only rival in the struggle for their age-old territory.
