Synopsis

“Gadis Jolobu The Movie” features a comedy story about three bachelors who have been very close since childhood and their effort to find their own soulmates in their hometown. The curse of “Lambat Sunat, Lambatlah Kahwin” often plays on their minds making them try harder to find their soulmate despite facing various setbacks. The film also highlights some elements of “adat pepatih” and the uniqueness of the Minangkabau culture of the local community in Negeri Sembilan.
