Synopsis

Arthur Vlaminck, who recently graduated from National School of Administration, joins the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs. Things did not go easy for Vlaminck as his ambitious colleagues constantly try to bully him around while his superior Claude Maupas acts rather phlegmatic. However, Vlaminck surprisingly starts to gain momentum in his career.
