Synopsis

Cheung Chau is a resident from Cheung Chau Island in Hong Kong, who discovers a treasure map left by his father. Cheung always believes that he is the descendant of the legendary Chinese pirate from the 19th century, Cheung Po Tsai. Therefore, together with a couple of friends, Cheung decides to search for the mysterious treasure. Cheung's girlfriend's new boss, Cheng Kam Fu, brings in a magical machine which takes Cheung Chau back to the 19th century. After Cheung regains consciousness, he finds himself stranded in the middle of the ocean, during the sea battle in Qing Dynasty. In that era, Cheung is called Cheung Kai and Cheng Kam Fu is the legendary pirate Cheung Po Tsai. Through his adventures in the 19th century, Cheung learns that the true treasure he has been searching for has been in front of him all along.
