Synopsis

Jack Neo’s first action-comedy film! KILLER NOT STUPID tells the story of Hornet (played by Jay Shih) and Mark (played by Na-dow) decide to end their careers as assassins with a final mission. Along the way, they meet their former classmate, Sha Bao (played by Gadrick Chin), a drug lord's god-daughter Talia (played by Amber An), and her friend Ira (played by Apple Chan) from the Philippines. Things get complicated as they are each hunted by their own enemies. Action ramps up as they begin their hilarious adventure in Taiwan.

Humor is spot on

Lookouts for the fancy drone shots and computer-enhanced pyrotechnics. Every joke is accompanied by cartoony sound effects, including at least two uses of the sad trombone noise. Amber An plays up the spoilt princess stock type to an unbearable degree.

Watched and find it enjoyable.

The movie starting was a Low due to the cliche old skool fight scene that being said it’s jack first fight film. Overall very enjoyable to watch with a lot of funny scenes. Definitely better than Jackie Chan movie.

Not your typical Jack Neo Movie

This is definitely not the typical Jack Neo movies you will usually see every CNY. Its a very new refreshing project of his. It has jokes (quite lame but funny ones) and action. Basically its a very new experience for a Singapore movie.
