Synopsis

As one of the lucky few holding a guaranteed job as a civil servant, Checco lives a relatively comfortable life in southern Italy. But when the new reformist government plans to make cuts on bureaucracy, he gets transferred to worse and worse posts. In the government`s final attempt to get rid of him, he is posted in the North Pole. However, there he not only finds love but possibly a reason to finally leave his beloved job.
