Synopsis

Ever feel like no one understands you? Sixteen year-old Tatiana Mills thinks so and becomes pen pals with British-Caribbean dictator Anton Vincent (Michael Caine). As Anton flees from the political turmoil, he runs to Tatiana’s suburban garage and hilariously tries to teach her to rebel.
